Who we are

This website

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. It loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

When you email us

We use your name, email address, store URL and the content of your message to answer you, prepare your report and deliver our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you, or the steps needed before and under a contract with you. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for accounting obligations.

Business outreach

We may contact businesses using publicly listed business email addresses, based on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service. Every message includes a way to opt out, and we stop contacting you as soon as you ask.

Our scanner

Our scanner visits public pages of online stores. It does not log in, submit forms or collect customer data. Read more about AccessNordBot.

Service providers

We use Google Workspace for email and Cloudflare for hosting. Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under the safeguards these providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
